The Cost includes AC Transportation from Kolkata For all packages. Extra charges for pickup from hotel/home.
Please carry any Identity proof like Aadhar Card, Voter Card, Passport, etc while travelling.
For Non Indian citizen Passport & Visa, OCI, etc should be carried in originals.
Do carry all prescribed medicines while travelling.
Carry sunscreen lotion.
Please coordinate and cooperate with local staff & guide all the times.
Travel light with minimum necessary luggage.
Don’t wear dark or colorful dress. Should wear natural color dress (khakis, brown, etc).
Don’t use perfume or deodorant (optional general rules)
Don’t smoke & Drink alcohols inside the forest.
Do not carry plastic bottles or carry bags.
Don’t throw any object into the river water.
DJ Music is not allowed.
This is rural community based tourism, so please co-operate with the local staff. Don't make any noise.
AC will be working from 8:30 p.m- 6:00 a.m. as there is no electricity.

Advance of minimum 50% is required to book any packages.
All Advances are to be done in Our Bank Account. We do not accept any cash pyments.
Balance amount is to be paid on or before commencement of journey.

Cancellations
Cancellations done one month prior to the arrival date refund will be processed. 15 percent cancellation fee will be charged .
Cancellations done within 15 days of arrival date there will be a cancellation fee of 50 percent of the booking amount and the remaining 50 percent will be refunded.
No refund or credit if cancellations done within seven days of arrival.
Other than no show on day of departure, in case of cancellation, postponement of booking date can be availed within 6 months subject to availability of slots/rooms.

The best time to visit the Sundarbans is during the winter and early spring months, from October to March. During this period, the weather is relatively cooler, pleasant, and conducive to exploring the mangrove forests and enjoying wildlife safaris.
Clothing: Pack light, breathable clothing for the day and warmer layers for the cooler nights during the best travel period.
Permits: Ensure you have all the necessary permits for entry into the Sundarbans, which can usually be arranged through tour operators or at the entry points.
